Home of Hope

Berea-Hillbrow Home of Hope was founded in 2000 by Khanyisile Motsa. She was touched by seeing street children being exploited and young girls who were sex workers. She invited them into her home for tea and coffee and through interacting with them she saw the need for shelter, rehabilitation, food, support and skills.

Nine years later, the Bera-Hillbrow Home of Hope is now a registered non-profit organization situated in Berea and Hillbrow in the city of Johannesburg. The organization renders community based social services to HIV-AIDS infected and affected abused women, youth, children and the aged.
